How are the people? Peaceful?

Most people are peaceful, sir. But especially the people of the red light district.

But peace and law aren't always the same.

It would be easier to just show you. Though one of the main people you should talk to is my supervisor.

I just think we need to figure out how to handle it when it does come.

That may be easier said than done, but I agree.

Easier said than done, but it'll need to get done at some point. And the earlier started, the better.
